"Nothing can beat the smell of dew and flowers and the odor that comes out of the earth when the sun goes down."

Ethel Waters

"A great marriage is not when the ‘perfect couple’ come together. It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences."

Rise to the Glory
At first people may wonder what is so special about this image but this photo can convey different meaning to different people and it can be pretty special in that way. Well for me, it conveys hope, ambition, achievement and makes me eager to learn more about photography.
The reason it conveys so many things is because it is one of the first few images that I clicked from my old monk(well that is what I like to call my pride and my first Dslr Nikon D100) Back then, I had very little knowledge about photography and the Dslr’s than what little more I have now. After getting my hand on old monk I started observing everything around me and clicking it extensively for few days and the photo posted above is the outcome of the same. With the initial images including the one above taken by me though the timing was perfect I got lucky but they encouraged me and inspired me to be better and that is why the pigeon poster is so special to me. Every time, I look at it, it just tells me that aditya you can do it.
So guys that is my take and my story behind the image so feel free to share with me what you think about it and what it conveys to you.

"Someone once said timing is everything that is exactly what candid images are all about."
This is photo of my friend that, I shot in the trams of one of the first presidential towns of India i.e kolkata aka calcutta, while she was engrossed in admiring the old quintessential beauty of the city streets. Admist the commotion in that small old cranky but heritage tram everyone was busy observing the world outside the tram whereas, I was observing the inside to find subject for my next candid portrait and that is when I found my friend tucked away in the corner of the tram in the perfect posture with natural expression ready to be clicked. I have observed over the time that the best portraits are the candid once because the people are unaware that they are being clicked and therefore are less conscious which enables them to be more expressive and displays their real emotions.
This image is my attempt to capture those tiny moments when people are lost in their own world and tend to forget what happens around them.

This is the image of Bandra Worli Sealink one of the famous local landmark  of my city i.e. Mumbai shot from of the one of beach nearby. This Structure portrays a lot about the city of Mumbai. Its portrays the ambitious desire of the city and its people to be one of the infra structurally advanced city someday. Basically it portrays several things which are difficult to put in words but easier to put in frame and the above is an attempt to do the same and show the die hard attitude of the city.
